Harold Kachaje

Managing Director

H. Kachaje - Managing Director

Harold Kachaje is a Fellow of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Fellow of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants – BICA (FCA (Bots)) with more than twenty-seven years post qualification experience. He has served as a member of the SMME committee of Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants for over three years. In addition, Mr. Kachaje served as the Vice President of the ACCA Botswana Branch Executive Committee looking after member affairs and has served in this role for two years and four years at different times prior.

In the consulting business, he has hands on experience in accounting, company secretarial, tax planning, internal audit and risk management, and training in business and financial management, entrepreneurial skills and financial services for donor funded projects.

He has also facilitated training workshops in the field of “Finance for Non-Financial Managers in Zambia, Malawi and Botswana.

Shannon Steyn

Shannon has been with the company for over 8 years. She has vast

experience covering various areas some of which include preparation of

financial statements, tax computation and tax returns as well as training and

support to organizations on different accounting software. Legal Management

Systems, Quick-Books, Pastel and Payroll are a few of the systems which Shannon

is efficient in using and training clients to use. Shannon holds a Diploma in

Management Accounting (CIMA) and is at an advanced stage in completing her CIMA

professional qualification.

Gaofenngwe Kesetselemang

Gaofenngwe is a professional accountant registered with Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants – BICA (AccTech). She Obtained her AAT qualification with The Botswana Accountancy College in 2008. She also holds a Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA) in which she obtained in 2010 and also obtained a Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management in 2015. In addition she holds an Advanced Diploma in Taxation(Botswana tax) from The Botswana Accountancy College which she obtained in 2016. She is now studying towards a full CIMA qualification still with Botswana Accountancy College. She started her career with Impact Business Consultants immediately after completing her AAT and has more than 9 years of work experience in the finance and accounting industry.

Leema B. Kuhlmann

Senior Accountant

L. B Kuhlmann - Senior Accountant

Leema has more than four years experience in a busy accounting office. He has over the years worked for audit firms which included Mazars and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked as an audit associate for the latter. He is able to prepare financial statements, Income tax, VAT and Withholding tax. He so provides customer care and ensures customers get all the necessary help. He has experience in using computerized accounting systems such as Quick Books. Over and above that he trains clients on the use of Quick Books software. He is currently pursuing ACCA qualification after having completed his Bachelor of Accountancy Degree at the University of Botswana in 2013.
